Enginex 3D - License Agreement

The product is licensed under a Royalty-Free license, granting you permission to use it within your product, provided the 3rd party cannot extract or use the model independently in both digital and physical formats. Reselling the model in its digital form or as a standalone, printed item is prohibited.

The product cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to another individual or entity in its downloaded form.

The license granted to the Buyer is strictly limited to the use of the model as part of an Incorporated Product. Any other use or distribution, including but not limited to sale, replication, or sharing of the model outside of the Incorporated Product, is strictly prohibited. Approved uses of the Product as an Incorporated Product include, but are not limited to:

• As rendered still images or animations; resold as part of a film, broadcast, or stock imagery.

• Used by game developers as part of a video game where the model is incorporated into a proprietary format and displayed within the game, not available for repackaging or resale in a virtual marketplace.

• Published within a book, poster, t-shirt, or other physical products.

• Included in physical products like toys, models, or figurines.

If you intend to incorporate or edit the Product for resale purposes (including but not limited to reselling it as part of an asset pack or standalone model), you must contact me first to obtain explicit permission. Unauthorized resale or redistribution of the model in its original or edited form is prohibited unless prior written consent is granted.

If you use the Product in software (e.g., video games, simulations, VR worlds), you must implement reasonable protections to prevent unauthorized access to the model. Measures may include but are not limited to:

• Employing encrypted or password-protected databases or resource files containing the model data.

The Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Product solely as part of an Incorporated Product. This license covers reproduction, display, promotion, licensing, sale, and transmission for promotional or commercial purposes, including the right to use any trademarks, service marks, or trade names incorporated into the model.

Resale, redistribution, or repackaging of the Product in its original or edited form is prohibited unless it is incorporated into an approved final product as outlined above.
